I joined St Luke’s in 2025 following a curacy at Holy Trinity Frogmore in the St Albans Diocese. Before training for ordination at Oak Hill Theological College I worked as a UCCF staff worker equipping university Christian Unions in evangelism. I’m married to Nikki, and we have three children. I enjoy reading, music, films, watching and playing sport and going to the gym!
Revd Stephen Fraser - Vicar
Ruth Dwyer - Youth and Women's Ministry Worker
My parents brought me up to know about Jesus and I became a Christian after joining a church where I was lovingly taught and challenged from the Bible to turn to him as Lord. I love cycling, cheese, games & helping young people to hear about Jesus and how to live for him. If you are reading this and aged 10-18 there is a group at St Luke’s for you. The Youth Team would love to meet you & introduce you to the other young people here. Please head over to the Children and Youth page to find out more.
Dharshika Sabaratnam - Church Administrator
Although I come from a Christian family, | came to know Jesus as my personal saviour later in my life. I am married to George and we have a grown up daughter Regina. I love music and sing in a chamber choir. I enjoy cooking, especially trying out new recipes and watching cookery programmes.
My daughter and I are very close and we enjoy doing activities together. Both my husband and I like to go for long walks and as a family we like to spend time outdoors.
Nigel Legge - Church Warden
I’ve been coming to St Luke’s for 20 years and have been warden for the past 3. I’m married to Sally and we have a very bright and active daughter, who keeps us on our toes! I became a Christian at university and my faith has supported and guided me since then as I’ve lived and travelled around the world as a civil engineer. It’s a privilege to serve St Luke’s and those in our parish.
Philip Benjamin - Church Warden
I’ve been coming to St Luke’s with my wife, Ruth Anna, for about seven years and have had the privilege of serving as a Warden for over a year. Being part of the church family and community here has been a real encouragement to me in my growth as a follower of Jesus. It’s been a particular joy to see my two daughters feel so at home at St Luke’s. I enjoy neuroscience, exploring London, discovering good food, cycling, and long walks.
